What are acrylic and MDF?
Acrylic
Chipboard or MDF with an acrylic coating. It has a very deep gloss. The material is well suited for rooms with high humidity – kitchens and bathrooms.
Acrylic resists small scratches but does not tolerate abrasive cleaning. Use a soft cloth to clean it.

- High mechanical, chemical and heat resistance
- A high-gloss surface needs more frequent and gentler care
- Fingerprints, grease and water marks are visible
- One of the most expensive materials
Painted MDF
MDF is a wood fiber board pressed under high pressure. The MDF surface is painted with special paints and lacquered if needed. MDF can be used to make curved parts and fronts with a milled pattern.


Painted MDF and acrylic are our most expensive (3rd) price category.
