SIA "EJULAT" online shop "Spec.lv" terms of use
To avoid unnecessary delays and misunderstandings when concluding the purchase contract, please read and accept the main terms below for buying goods offered by the SIA "EJULAT" online shop Spec.lv.
Because the goods offered by Spec.lv are sold through an offer published online, in accordance with Section 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), a Distance Contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller when the buyer places an order.
All prices of goods at Spec.lv are shown including 21% value added tax. The prices offered are valid for the period stated next to the product. The cost of the delivery service is not included in the stated price of the goods.
You can pay for the ordered goods and the chosen delivery service by bank transfer or in cash at our shop at Latgales iela 51, Riga.
When you order, you can choose one of two ways to receive the goods:
Delivery across Latvia, including carrying the goods into your apartment (60 EUR per hour + VAT)
Collect the goods at our shop at Latgales iela 51, Riga, after agreeing on a time in advance
In all cases, the delivery time is agreed when the order is placed.
The ordered goods must be received within 5 working days from the moment Spec.lv notifies you that the order is ready.
Before you start using the purchased goods, please read the instructions for use carefully and use the goods only according to the manufacturer's instructions, in line with their properties and intended use.
If you have changed your mind and decided to cancel the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the implementing Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" (CM Regulation No. 207) state that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods bought in the online shop to the seller. Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the PTAL states that when withdrawing from a purchase under a Distance Contract, "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period". We recommend keeping the original packaging of the goods so that the goods do not get external mechanical damage when you exercise your right of withdrawal under the terms of the Distance Contract. SIA "EJULAT" reserves the right to withhold a compensation fee or to refuse to accept goods that are damaged, were made to an individual order, are not complete, or have otherwise lost their original appearance (furniture parts are damaged, not all fittings are present). To arrange the return of the goods, please contact us by email at info@spec.lv or by phone at +371 25325050, stating the order number and date.
If technical problems occur with the goods during the warranty period, free warranty service will be provided according to the warranty service terms set by the manufacturer. The warranty service period for the goods is stated in the “WARRANTY” section. With each purchase, the buyer receives warranty documents together with the goods, which set out the warranty service terms for these goods. The warranty documents are valid only if they correctly and clearly state: the product model, serial number, date of sale, a clearly visible seller's stamp, and the signatures of the seller and the buyer. It is forbidden to make any changes in the warranty documents or to erase or rewrite the data in them – in such a case, the warranty documents will be considered invalid.
Complaints about the quality of goods will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL) and the requirements of the implementing Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 631 “Procedure for Submitting and Examining a Consumer Claim Regarding Goods or Services That Do Not Conform to the Contract” (CM Regulation No. 631).
Please note that the PTAL provisions do not apply when goods are purchased by legal entities.
In compliance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, SIA "EJULAT" keeps the purchase contracts concluded with buyers to the extent required for accounting.
