Consumer rights guarantees<\/h3>\n

The consumer's liability for using the goods during the withdrawal period is determined in accordance with civil law, and disputes are resolved through negotiation or by filing a claim in court.<\/p>\n

SIA \u201cEJULAT\u201d reserves the right not to cancel the order and not to take back the item(s) if the item(s) were made for the customer to an individual design or order.<\/p>\n

Product warranty periods<\/h3>\n

The warranty period for goods is 24 months from the moment the customer receives the goods. During the first six months, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of sale, and its nature must be determined by the seller (a representative of SIA \u201cEJULAT\u201d). If it is a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to request repair of the goods or, if this is not possible or not effective, replacement of the goods. If the goods can be repaired, replacement cannot be requested, as this would cause unreasonable costs for the seller.<\/p>\n

The warranty period starts from the moment the goods are handed over to the customer and the customer signs the certificate of receipt of the goods. The basis for providing warranty service is the Furniture Delivery Agreement.<\/p>\n
